ZIZZOU is a brand of the Soldarele Association, a social economy structure, a legal entity registered in Romania, with its headquarters in Baia Mare, Str. Nufărului No. 9, tel. 0742627971, registered in the Special Register of Associations and Foundations of the Baia Mare Court under no. 38/25.05.2021, having fiscal code 44363750.
Information on products and their prices
Under the ZIZZOU brand, Asociația Solidarele produces and sells its creations in two departments: the ceramics department and the knitwear department. In the ceramics department, the following are produced by hand in our workshop: jewelry, tableware, and decorative objects made of ceramics and porcelain. In the knitting department, hand-knitted garments and clothes are made from premium materials.
Photos used to promote products and services are for informational purposes only. ZIZZOU products are made and decorated 100% by hand, each representing, consequently, a unique one. Therefore, there may be small differences between the image of the products on the website and the actual product. These differences cannot be considered defects. The colors of the products may differ slightly from the photo, depending on the settings of each device used to view the photos.
The prices charged by ZIZZOU may be subject to change without any prior notice. The prices are displayed in RON and do not include VAT, because Asociația Solidarele is a social enterprise that does not pay VAT. The cost of delivery may be added to the purchase amount, depending on the options chosen by the buyer and any promotions that include the exemption of the transport fee, which may be applied periodically – see Information on product delivery and delivery cost.
Purchase Information
The order is considered placed when you have entered all the mandatory information in the checkout process, sent the order, and received a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address.
The purchase contract is considered concluded once ZIZZOU confirms by e-mail or telephone that the product has been delivered. Automated messages sent by the system to confirm placing the order and/or making the payment have no contractual value.
Ownership of the purchased products remains with ZIZZOU until the amount related to the transaction is collected in account RO43RNCB0182170117050001.
The delivery time for products that are not in stock at the time of placing an order can take up to 15 working days from the confirmation of order registration.
ZIZZOU reserves the right not to fulfill orders and to notify customers accordingly within 2 working days of placing the order. Any amount transferred for an unfulfilled order will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 5 working days from the notification of refusal of the order.
Payment information
Payment for the products and services purchased on the www.zizzou.ro website can be made by bank card or cash on delivery. On the website, the card payment service is provided by the online payment processor NETOPIA Payments. No additional transaction fee is charged. When completing the order, you will be redirected to the secure NETOPIA Payments platform, where you will have to enter the following data: card number, expiration date, and card security code (the last three digits on the back of the card). VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD cards are accepted.
On request, by ordering by e-mail to office@zizzou.ro, you can also make the payment by bank transfer based on a notification sent by e-mail. The order will be delivered after making the transfer to account RO43RNCB0182170117050001. To expedite the processing of the order, please send us proof of payment to office@zizzou.ro. The product will be reserved for 7 working days to facilitate payment processing. At the end of the 7 days, if the order is not paid, it will be canceled. For pre-orders, payment is made at the time of their registration. The price of purchased products and services can be fully or partially covered by gift cards, or partially by discount codes. Payments are made in RON, at the value shown in RON, regardless of the payment method.
Product delivery information
Products ordered through zizzou.ro are delivered by courier in Romania, with order processing in 24-48 hours and delivery within 24 hours of dispatch.
For emergencies please contact us before placing the order. Cash on delivery payments are accepted. Payment by bank transfer delays the processing and dispatch of the order by the time required for the transfer. To expedite processing and delivery, please send us proof of payment to office@zizzou.ro. regardless of the payment method. The delivery cost by courier is 25 lei, respectively 0 lei for orders over 300 lei. Shipping and delivery times are valid for products in stock. For pre-ordered products, the preparation for shipment will be done within approximately 15 working days from the payment of the order, but no more than 15 working days. After you place your order, you will be notified by email when the item goes into production and the estimated delivery date.
Regardless of the delivery method, the cost of delivery in Romania is zero for purchases over 300 lei.
Orders received over the weekend will be delivered to the courier the following week, depending on the order in which they are received.
For goods that are no longer in stock, but which have the option to place orders, a period of approximately 15 working days is added from the payment of the order to replenish the stock before the product can be delivered. After you place your order, you will be notified by email when the item goes into production and the estimated delivery date.
Stocks on the site are updated frequently, but some communication errors may occur. If the ordered product is no longer in stock, we will contact you with details using the contact data you filled in when registering the order.
Product return information
Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days. The return fee is borne by the buyer, except in cases where a different product than the one ordered was sent, or it was defective. Small differences in color or shape due to the manufacturing of the object are not considered defects. Small differences from the photographed product are not considered defects. Purchased goods must be returned in the original packaging, with the original labels and accompanied by the invoice and this return form completed in Acrobat Reader or by hand, which you attach to the package, along with a copy of the invoice. Goods with signs of wear, which have been used, worn, or damaged, will not be accepted for return. The goods must be returned, by courier, to ZIZZOU at the address: str. Matei Basarab Nr. 65 Bl. L109, sc.4 et.1 ap 67 Sector 3, Bucharest. Please notify us in advance of any return by email to office@zizzou.ro. For returned goods that meet the return conditions, we will refund the value of the goods and, if applicable, the cost of delivery. The amounts will be reimbursed by bank transfer. The online payment processor has no obligation to bear any of the expenses related to your return and refund request and will not be liable to you in any way. Information on the guarantees granted
The products sold by ZIZZOU are new products, which are carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that they do not have manufacturing defects. If you nevertheless notice non-conformities of the products due to a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a free replacement of the product. The warranty period for new products is 30 calendar days.
The warranty for ZIZZOU products is only valid if the products have been used for the purpose for which they were produced and if they do not show defects due to improper use, care or storage.
To benefit from the guarantee, the products must be accompanied by the purchase documents from the ZIZZOU store.
All products benefit from a guarantee of compliance according to law no. 449/2003 regarding the sale of products and their associated guarantees. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to ask the seller first of all to repair the product or has the right to request the replacement of the product, in each case free of charge, unless the measure is impossible or disproportionate. Any repair or replacement of the products will be done within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which the buyer notified the lack of conformity of the product.
